J. A. Marino serves as the President of Truman Mox. Mr. Marino holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University and served as a Vice President of Commercial Lending for two regional publically traded banks with a combined asset value over $1.3 billion dollars. His experience includes a broad range of advising on loan transactions from Commercial Construction, Asset Based, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, and Equipment/Machinery.
Mr. Marino is responsible for overseeing transactions with an aggregate value over $500 million for various small cap and middle market companies in essentially all industries. His transaction experience touches all aspects of debt placement from mergers & acquisitions, senior debt restructuring and leveraged capital transactions.
Mr. Marino has been involved with numerous restaurants. Buying, Selling and attending various auctions around the country. He has assisted on developing several restaurant brands in multiple states.
Mr. Marino has been awarded the EECA (Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser) designation from the Institute of Equipment Valuation and the CMEA (Certified Machinery Equipment Appraiser) designation from the NEBB Institute and is also a member of the International Society of Business Analysts, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and the Amercian Society of Appraisers.
Michael Bronowski serves as Vice President of Field Operations. Mr. Bronowski served as a top agent for one of the largest auctioneers in the United States for nearly two decades. The 3 billion dollar auction company went private in 2006 allowing Mr. Bronowski to work inside the walls of both a public company and a privately owned company.
Mr. Bronowski oversaw over 1,000 auctions while pricing nearly 100,000 items during his tenure. His experience includes inbound and outbound logistics, reconditioning and salvage recovery.
